SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at the time the destination address and corresponding country are selected, before the order is placed.

DELIVERY TIMES

ITALY (easily reachable areas): 24/48 hours;
ITALY – Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily: 48/72 hours;
EUROPE: 4/5 working days;
U.S.A.: 5/7 working days;
OTHER CONTINENTS: 7/10 working days (excluding customs delays);

SHIPPING OF GOODS

For orders paid by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped as soon as we receive a copy of the payment confirmation. For this reason, choosing this payment method may result in longer delivery times;
Orders paid via PayPal, credit card, or cash on delivery will be shipped the day after the order is placed;
“IL COCCO, www.ilcocco.it/” is not responsible for delays or damages once the goods are handed over to the carrier. The carrier is responsible for the integrity of the shipped items, according to applicable regulations listed below.

USA SHIPMENTS

Once the goods leave our facility, the Italian shipping company (Logistics) will contact you directly to arrange payment of the shipping costs and customs fees imposed in 2025 by the President of the United States of America (10% of the total value of the shipped goods).

Upon receiving the goods, customers are asked to check:

that the number of packages received matches the quantity stated in the shipping document;
that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and unaltered in any way;
Any discrepancies, tampering, damage, or breakage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery by noting “RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION FOR INSPECTION” on the delivery document. Without such a note, we will not be able to reimburse any damage that occurred during transport.
