Description Description

The vineyard is located near the Abbey of Sant’Antimo, at an altitude of 350 meters above sea level. It covers slightly less than one hectare, with a planting density of about 4,000 vines per hectare. The same agronomic and winemaking philosophy applied to Brunello di Montalcino is also followed for the Rosso. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of aging in French oak barriques.
