Description Description

Three native grape varieties: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, and Sagrantino, from three key regions in the Italian wine landscape. The challenge was to co-ferment them on the same wavelength, that of the 43rd parallel, a kind of tuning aimed at achieving perfect balance and creating a “perfect individual,” a sort of fermentative metamorphosis of three seemingly distant grapes that, in the final result, reveal remarkable harmony.
