Uncovering the secrets of the 43rd parallel

Our journey begins with a warm welcoming glass to greet you at the heart of our winery. We will introduce you to the “Cipresso 43°” project, explaining the uniqueness of the territories that make our wines special. The guided tour will take you through our winery, where you will discover the secrets of the production process and the art behind every bottle. Finally, we will guide you through an exclusive tasting experience to discover the 43rd parallel, concluding the sensory journey with the tasting of the iconic wine “La Quadratura del Cerchio.” This experience will last approximately one hour, designed for a minimum of two participants.

Brunello e Rosso di Montalcino

Our journey begins with a warm welcoming glass, greeting you at the heart of my winery. I will guide you through a visit to the winery, sharing the philosophy of our Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino. I will tell you about the beauty of the Montalcino area, telling you about the project we cultivate with passion and the harvests that each year gift us a unique fruit. The tasting will focus on our Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino wines, all coming from the vineyard that embraces Poggio Al Sole. This experience will last approximately one hour, designed to give you a complete and immersive insight into our work and wines.

Brunello e Rosso di Montalcino

Five glasses, five regions, one common thread: the hand and vision of Roberto Cipresso. From the Spanish island of Mallorca (Prensal Blanc or Giró Ros), to the heart of Burgundy with an elegant Pinot Noir from Pommard. Then across the ocean to California’s Carmel Valley for another refined Pinot Noir, continuing to the heights of Mendoza in Argentina with an intense Malbec, and finally returning to Italy with the iconic Brunello di Montalcino. A unique one-hour experience to discover how different terroirs can speak with coherence when interpreted by the same winemaker.
